Hello there
lovely peeps, and a very happy Tuesday to you all.
Another
Through the Classroom Door “Anything Goes” challenge has rolled around again
and our very generous sponsor this week is…..
Squigglefly
has a very large selection of digital images created by many very talented Artists.
I did not own any of their images prior to this challenge, but make no mistake
when I say I will be visiting them often, and you should too!
For today’s
challenge I was generously provided with this very cute image called “YUM”, which
speaks for itself!
I
created a C.A.S card for a change as I find some images just need to be front
and centre without any frills.
I
also challenged myself with this one too; given that I chose to make the cat black
and working with gray Copics to create black is still not my strong suit. I also attempted
to create the illusion of a real glass bowl using glossy accents.
Basically,
I like the way it turned out, minus the orange fish bleeding into the cats eyes
after I applied said glossy accents. (So, no close up shots this week). However, I definitely still need to work
on creating black with any of the gray collections. You know the age old adage; practice makes perfect!
One thing I
did do different though was I used my Neutral collection of gray tone markers,
and I must say that I like working with them much better than the Cool
collection. Not sure why yet, but I just do.
So, I hope my
card this week has inspired you enough to join us this week, but if not perhaps
stopping by the blog and taking a peek at my fellow D/Teamies creations will.
I will be
entering my card in the following challenges:
Please take care and thanks for stopping by!

Fab card Sandra! Love the image being the focus and it's so beautifully coloured too. The fishbowl effect looks so great and I love the splash of orange :)
